What are your hours of operation?

Our normal business hours are Monday-Friday 10am-3pm. Any walks/drop-in visits outside of these times (besides adventure walks) will be charged an additional $5 per visit.

What areas do you service?

Currently we service Fairless Hills, Langhorne, Yardley, Newtown, and some parts of Levittown. Please message us if you are outside of these areas, we may be able to accommodate.

Are you available on holidays?

We are closed on Memorial Day Weekend 2025 (Fri-Mon). We are open on some holidays which are $8 extra per visit, and $15 extra for overnights. Applicable holidays include Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Years Eve, New Years Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Independence Day, and Easter.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards. Payment and invoicing is processed through the Time To Pet App.

Do you have CPR and first aid training?

Yes, our team is dog and cat CPR and first aid certified. We are also bonded and insured.
